Most people think cosmetic dentistry is about getting "perfect teeth."

It's not.

It's about whether your smile actually fits your face, your personality, and looks natural when you talk, laugh, and live your life.

Close-up of lips and veneers

Here’s where most offices get it wrong:

They focus on teeth, not the person those teeth belong to.

That’s why you’ve seen results that look:

  • Too big
  • Too white
  • Too fake
  • Too obvious

They immediately look unnatural.

The problem isn’t veneers. It’s the design behind them.

Because when the design is right… everything looks natural without trying.

What Makes This Different

At Smile Design Dentistry, everything starts with facial harmony.

01
We Don’t Just Do Veneers — We Design Faces

Before we ever touch your teeth, we analyze:

  • Your facial structure
  • Lip movement and smile line
  • Tooth proportions relative to your face
  • Speech and natural expression

Because if your smile doesn’t match your face,

it will never look right.

02
This Is Not a Volume Veneer Office

You’re not getting a “template smile.” Every case is:

  • Individually designed
  • Digitally planned
  • Personally customized

If you’re looking for the fastest or cheapest option, this isn’t it.

If you want:

  • A natural result
  • A personalized design
  • A smile that doesn’t scream “I got veneers”

You’re exactly where you should be.

Aesthetics

Teeth That Don’t Look “Done”

You can always tell when veneers are bad.

They’re flat. They’re bulky.

They don’t move naturally with the face.

That’s because most offices treat veneers like a template.

We treat them like art.

We focus on:

  • Natural shape variation
  • Light reflection and translucency
  • Soft edges and texture
  • Proper proportions for your face

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s believability.

A smile that looks effortless… not manufactured.

Conservative Approach

Less Aggressive. More Thoughtful.

Not every smile needs to be completely redone.

Our philosophy:

  • Preserve as much natural tooth structure as possible
  • Avoid unnecessary shaving of healthy teeth
  • Use minimally invasive techniques whenever possible

Which means:

  • Less damage to your natural teeth
  • More long-term stability
  • Better overall oral health

Because cosmetic dentistry shouldn’t come at the expense of your future.

The Hidden Reason Cosmetic Work Fails

Most patients are never told this:

Bad cosmetic dentistry isn’t about the material…

It’s about proportion and balance.

If teeth are:

  • Too large
  • Too uniform
  • Misaligned with your facial dynamics

They immediately look unnatural.

That’s why we obsess over:

  • Tooth-to-face ratios
  • Smile symmetry
  • Movement and expression
  • Functional bite alignment

Because when the design is right…

everything looks natural without trying.

Patient Stories

Real People. Life-Changing Results.

Behind every smile is a story. Here are two patients who trusted us with theirs.

Brian came to us mid-way through orthodontic treatment, dealing with severe wear and a failing dentition. He had a clear vision: more tooth, less gum — and a smile that would feel as good as it looked.

Working closely with his orthodontist, we coordinated his tooth positions before beginning restorative care. The final result didn't just improve his appearance — it gave him back a fully functional, healthy bite.

His daughter's wedding was on the horizon. We made sure his smile was ready for it.

Jenny found us online after nearly 20 years with her original veneers — they had started chipping, popping off, and discoloring. She had one firm request: "brighter, but not Hollywood white."

She wanted her new smile to blend naturally with the rest of her teeth. We replaced the porcelain restorations on her upper front six teeth and extended back one more to fill out her smile seamlessly.

After treatment, she wrote a testimonial on her photo consent — unprompted. That says everything.

The Details Most Dentists Miss.

A well-trained eye can detect when something is off by just 1–2 degrees.

01

This Is Where Precision Matters

A well-trained eye can detect when something is off by just 1–2 degrees.

That’s called a midline cant.

You may not consciously notice it…

but your brain does.

It’s the same reason you can tell when a picture frame is slightly crooked.

Most offices don’t even check for this. We do.

02

It’s Not Just About Straight Teeth

Straight teeth ≠ great smile.

We use advanced digital planning to analyze:

  • Tooth width proportions
  • Symmetry across your smile
  • Left-to-right balance
  • Facial integration

Because even one small imbalance… throws everything off.

03

Planning Beyond Invisalign

Most treatment plans fall apart here.

If orthodontics is done alone… you get straight teeth.

But not necessarily a better smile.

We often design space intentionally… so we can perfect proportions later.

That means:

  • Better aesthetics
  • More conservative treatment
  • A more natural final result

This is the difference between moving teeth… and designing outcomes.
